Guarantee of Confidentiality

Invent Connect agrees not to use, disclose, sell, or transfer any portion of the idea or patent information submitted. By submitting this document for review, the inventor does not authorize, in any way, the transfer of proprietary rights to any other person, company, or entity. Completing this form does not obligate you in any way.

Submission Guidelines

For your initial product review, you must outline your concept on the following pages.

  • Provide answers to the listed questions about your product or patent.
  • A space is provided for a basic drawing. Highlight any major moving components or important design features. Artistic skills are not required.
  • Sign and date the Statement of Authenticity/Confidentiality on Step 2.
  • Prototypes are not necessary and should not be submitted at this stage. However, you may include photos, though their return cannot be guaranteed.

Statement of Authenticity/Confidentiality

To the best of my knowledge, I do hereby declare and assert that I am the original inventor of the idea described herein. I hereby authorize Invent Connect to provide me with their free initial product review with no purchase required. I understand that submitting my concept is not a release and that this information cannot be used, disclosed, or sold without my expressed written permission. Further, I understand Invent Connect cannot be held responsible for the return of voluntarily submitted materials (i.e., photos, drawings, prototypes) including this Confidential Product Outline. I further understand that all phone calls with Invent Connect will be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, and promotional purposes, and I consent to this use.

What types of ideas can I submit?
We welcome a wide range of ideas, from innovative products to creative solutions. However, we do not review military weapons, literary works, advertising campaigns, services, or proprietary products such as trademarked logos or celebrity likenesses.
